Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Product Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your theme, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customization or creating additional features. Furthermore, we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme.
Product Support is provided via support forum and email. We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone call, Skype or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions. We will check the support forums usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours time (working days). For free products, we will try our best to get back to you but cannot guarantee.
BosaThemes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of our Products without prior notice. Moreover, BosaThemes is allowed to discontinue a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Please note that you are responsible for any international, national or regional taxes even if BosaThemes has not charged you with taxes directly. You agree to pay any applicable fees and/or taxes to your responsible tax authority for any payment or purchase made on BosaThemes.
We stand behind our themes’s quality and your satisfaction with, it is important to us. If you experience problems with the themes that we couldn’t resolve, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 7 days of the original upgrade date.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 7 days of the purchase of the theme. No refunds will be granted after the first 7 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- Your issue(s) derives from not being able to install the theme properly or get the theme to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) via support forum and email.
- Refunds will not be granted for missing feature(s) that we haven’t offered.
- Issues caused by conflicts with 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the Theme.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BosaThemes and its licencors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of all the countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BosaThemes.
All of our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial projects as you wish to fit your purposes. You can use our products on as many sites as you like as it is GPL licensed. However, you will need a valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates. One site license will give you support and automatic updates for one site only.
Our WordPress themes are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site – not wordpress.com. You can download the WordPress Software from wordpress.org
By signing up on our site as a free and premium user, you get access to our respective support channels. Premium users can download their purchased product zip file from their BosaThemes Account. Also, by signing up you agree to get emails from us that mainly contains information like major product updates news, important information on BosaThemes and discount coupon codes on different occasions.
If there is a problem with one of our WordPress themes or if you experience any difficulty with the download, contact us and we’ll fix the problem.
All of our themes run on the latest stable version of WordPress and are prepared to run on a clean WordPress installation. We cannot guarantee that themes will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the product demonstration on our site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work as we can not guarantee that all of our products will work with all browsers combinations.
Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our products – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins) or modify the theme files. BosaThemes.com does not make representation, warranty, or guaranty as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, truth, availability, accuracy or completeness of the website and themes.
You can pay with ways available in BosaThemes checkout page. For monthly and annual license the payment is automatic renewal process, however it can be canceled anytime as per your liking within the active subscription period.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by BosaThemes.
BosaThemes has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that BosaThemes shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
