What payment options do you support?

You can use PayPal or any credit card to make the payment.

Do you charge automatically for the renewal?

Yes. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time if you like within your active subscription period.

Can i upgrade from single site license to 5 sites license or 25 sites license or lifetime license plan?
Yes, you can change it through your Pro User Account Dashboard. You can contact us if you have any confusion.
Can i get the invoice of the purchase?
Yes, you will get it in your purchase confirmation email or you can download the purchase invoice through your Pro User Account Dashboard anytime. After login, go to the Order History Tab menu and click on the invoice icon link to download your purchase invoice.
What does support cover?

Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, bug fixes and simple CSS customizations. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins integrations. But we can show you some guidance and provide simple CSS customization.

What happens when my license expires?

Your site remains intact. Once the license expires, support and updates will be cut off.

What about support and updates?

Support and Updates are included for one year if you purchase any of the annual plans and for one month if you purchase any of the monthly plans. With license renewal, support and updates are also renewed. If you purchase any of the lifetime plans, support and updates are included for a lifetime. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.

What is your refund policy?
Since Bosa Themes are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processed within 7 days of the original upgrade date. But first Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if you are not satisfied then we will refund issue. NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why. The refund may not be given: If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

What's the difference between free and pro version?
You can find it from our theme Features page in detail about the free and pro version. For more quick, you can visit Free Vs Pro Compare table page where you can view the list. Generally speaking, Pro version includes extra customization features, options, more header and footer layouts, more pre-built home and inner pages template and support more plugins. Pro users have access to priority support which are answered from few minutes to 24 hrs time period.

We test the theme on the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and latest versions of Internet Explorer. Regarding the operating system, the theme should work in any operating system, as long as WordPress is installed correctly.

Can i call you?

No, we do not offer phone consulting. This enables us to keep our prices as low as possible for our customer community. We do answer email as fast as possible and offer our active support forum.

Can i use the purchased themes for my clients?

You can log in to your User Dashboard account page with your purchased username and password (account? – the one your created while purchasing or before) and download the purchased theme file from there. Also, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you used while creating the account. This email also contains the link to download theme zip file.

How do i install my wordPress theme?
Nice you have installed WordPress on your site, it’s really quite simple. Do follow the methods outlined in the Documentation page.
How do i import demo to my site?
Importing any of the available demos in the theme is easy. Do follow the methods outlined in the Demo Import Documentation page.

Yes, you will have easy interface option either to remove it or change it in the pro version but in the Free version the credit links are hard coded so you need to make changes in the theme files which is not encouraged so far.
