While you purchase our product you will receive confirmation email in the email address you used while purchasing our product. This email contains license key, invoice pdf, product download link among other details.
But sometimes buyers do not receive those email due to various reason. Some reason might be following:
1. Email might land in spam folder.
2. Invalid email used during purchase.
3. System failure during purchase.
In case you can’t find that email, you can also sign in directly to the Freemius Customer Portal at Account page using the email address you used for your purchase.
Note: If you don’t have a password, click “Never received your password?” to create one. It gives you access to your invoices, plugin ZIP files, license key, registered sites, and all the required information.
