To configure your Scroll to Top, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > General > Scroll to Top.
In the Scroll to Top panel, you have the option to enable or disable “Scroll to Top”. The Responsive section allows you to choose whether or not you want the Scroll to Top component to appear on mobile devices.
